I think I will re-use something I made a little while ago when I was trying to create map for my tabletop roleplay game (amateur level) using dungeon painter.
A medieval Inn :
Doing it in 3D could be fun, so I will give it a try 
For the 10 models list:
- Wooden beam/tiles
- Wooden wall
- Stairs
- Wooden Doors
- Windows
- Fireplace
- Barrels
- Tables
- Beds
- Crates
That will do for the big things, wish me luck !
