Love the leather parts. Cool!
But, for me personally, the Orc is too shiny (glossy).
That said, I’ve never seen a real Orc.
Greate and creative texturing. Good project … now let’s make him dance.

I liked it. Nice job. But maybe you could make him a little bit scary. He looks cute a little bit (But maybe that’s what exactly you want ^^)

You might play a bit with roughness and saturation for the skin to make it look even better
