Not sure why hes green now ?
Still Cant type in "Type Title " without leaving page and then coming back to page . and opening the draft :

That’s fine. It’s called Face Sets.

That is face sets that can be helpful sometimes. If it bothers you can go to the overlays(Sculpt overlays in 4.0 and newer) and uncheck faceset. Another option is to use alt+W->Faceset from visible.
