For me, personally the game board marble is too strong in black and white, but also glossiness. It distracts.
Also in the second image, open drawer with no bottom (same color as floor).
Still, you did a lot of work and made a nice example.
Good set. The piece’s texture looks good. The squares are overdone for me. Distracting from the pieces.
The table board wood grain goes diagonally. Logically it would go in line with one side. Made out of straight planks.
Thanks for the feedback! Actually, the drawer haw a dark green bottom, which, to be honest, is not clearly seen the second picture. It’s just the lighting. Regarding the black and white tiles, I feared that it might be distracting, but I wanting to try the texture pattern that I learned during the course.

For some reason, when I had the grain parallel to one side, it felt unnatural. Perhaps you are right though, I’ll give it one more try.
