So I have UE4 installed successfully and have been working on on my Linux machine and going through the coarse and learning C++. I’m pretty new to Linux too. The only way for me to open UE4 in Linux is to follow the directory until i find UELauncher and run that in my command line. There is nothing wrong with that, it works fine and it’s not that difficult. I was just wondering if there was a way to make a desktop icon, or save it to favorites so i only have to click there instead of going through my directory every time?
Last time I used Ubuntu with Unreal it was in applications. Does searching for “UE4” or “Unreal” not come up with anything?
