Nice lighthouse scene. I would not like to be in the lower houses if there was a storm! 
You know, when I first saw this, I thought those lower houses were actually reflections in the water, but when I looked closer, I realized they were not the same type houses as I saw higher up on the land.
@NP5 is right, I wouldn’t want to be caught during a storm in one of those lower houses.

I thought it would look cool to have the village on two levels.

I like the idea. It just seems too dark an area to tell exactly what it is. Lighten it up a little bit, and we’ll know exactly what it’s supposed to be.
