This is my result of playing with poses. I have seen the lamp sometimes move slightly away from the rigging, but other times it seems to move back. Don’t know what it is, but is works…

Looks nice! If you would like to improve it, add an object with light emission into the lamp head.
Because right now it is quite dark inside of it 
And for perfect effect, you could add “glow shader” to it
Overall, nice model and very nice lightning to create a late-night atmosphere! How did you do it?
