A lovely lamp base with the lower arm all coming together nicely.
FYI… tapping x twice didn’t work for me either. Everything else went swimmingly!

Finding a few difficulties with bones already. The lower arms and cube at the top of stem seem to be moving about ad lib. I’m having to be very careful about where i grab the bones, even during my own navigation around the object seems to be moving some of the geometry around a bit. Careful now!

Feeling a tad cautious with approaching bones… overall things are going fine but I wonder how i’ll remember all this when left to my own devices (plenty of hours of practice no doubt!)
Main difficulty with this part of the lesson, was that my mirrored Lower arm keeps moving out of place of it’s own accord whenever I rotate the bones in pose mode (z axis is constrained). Would be nice to know how to address this? Anyone??

Getting there… Looking good now with the additional upper arm…
Having a tad trouble getting my head around ‘Pose position’ and ‘Rest position’ … also I’ve set up my model slightly differently from the lesson with the upper arm constraints of my model on the z axis rather than the x axis.
I’ve also added a small bridge where the two arms meet (parented to the lwr arm) just to give a bit more realism and allow the upper arm a physical bridge to rotate on.
