This was the second thing that came to mind late this evening. 
The first was a thought of an ice cream shop. LOL I may work on that with much more coffee in my system. So, super simple. I used only Object mode, adding items, scaling along the x,y, and z, translating, rotating, and awesome duplicate. Absolutely love that you can duplicate along the x,y, and z. So, mission accomplished, but many more thoughts of simple designs that can be made before ever actually going into edit mode! Awesome!
