I’ve had some issue with creating second loop cut, but thankfully managed to solve it by reloading my save file. Have no idea why it was happening, it’s just wasn’t working and second geometry did not appear. Maybe I did something wrong, maybe Blender had some sort of an error. Proportional editing was disabled. Anyway, reloading the file solved the issue and the task is done.
