Include not working

#Include isn’t working for me, I tried looking at the other topic, but all he said was he opened the folder and it worked. I opened it and still doesn’t work.

After I open the folder this is what is on my left hand side.

but I’m still getting the same error.

Don’t know what else I need to do.
