Which IDE is best and free for UE4? I tried VS Community but it has IntelliSense issue and Rider for UE is not free. Are there any other options available that are free and reliable too?
VS Code is one option. And you can get Rider for free if you’re willing to get the EAP (beta) version, from personal experience it’s still pretty smooth.

I had used rider before and it was asking me for a purchase when the license got expired. Now in EAP it again has given a license for a month so what happens after a month? Will I be able to use it?
When it comes to the EAP builds they’re “valid” for 30days but don’t require a license. They roll out new builds regularly so it probably won’t be a problem.

As listed, they don’t require a subscription. Just keep in mind that since it’s early-access versions of the software, you may run into problems.
