Sorry, your topic is marked for the Blender community and it’s been a while since I’ve done C++ but the fact that you’re using relative paths ("…/…/…") is suspicious. Check your folder structure and that the folder is really in the place you think it is… Using a absolute path to that file should fix it, but maybe there was a configuration step you missed out on?
You can re-categorize your post to the Unreal course as I think there are more C++ gurus there you may have more luck.

I checked File Explorer and it looks like this (below). Forgive me, I don’t know what you mean by relative versus absolute paths, nor how to convert the former to the latter. I thank you in advance for your help.
