I can see a lot of issues here

I can already see a lot of issues with this particular guide and model, first of all, I know, I will add the neck as a separate object eventually, but since this model isn’t very detailed I wanted to practice modeling a little bit.

Also the arms position will hurt a lot when animating, I’ll probably have to do completely different character for that section.

Nice progress so far. I would suggest, for such kind of model with clothes, you should sculpt the body in one piece and add the clothes as separate meshes.
