How will I get into flow?

The process I have thought about and want to try to get into flow better and quicker is starting off by playing music instead of playing a youtube video. I like background noise, something I can hear but ignore - for some reason this allows the main parts of my brain to focus on the complex tasks I have to program. Typically I’ve had youtube videos whether music videos or content videos playing.
But I found music gets me focused more, where as videos sometimes gets me focused and sometimes draws my attention away.

Now after getting my music playing - preferably spotify so I don’t have to interact with the music thats playing - I will pick the easiest task in my project and complete that first. I think this is a brilliant idea. Because a road block of mine is thinking too much of the complexity and not just starting.
Rewarding my efforts with if-then I think is nice, and I plan to encorporate this by playing a game/relaxing once done. Double win by taking a break and allowing my brain to stay fresh.

Lastly, something I need to do more is if I really get stuck and unproductive I just need to stop and go do something else. And I think going for a walk/run/exercise would be great!

So these are the small changes I’m going to try to start my work, maintain my flow and handle staying in or losing focus.
