How to stop background from emitting a tint on the rest of your scene?


I am trying to make a background, but the sky emits a light and tints the rest of my scene. How do I prevent this?

Hi Miles,

This is due to the world lighting probably being the case here.
As you are changing the world lights its showing as a light for the entire scene.
What i do in this is add a back plane to add a background and turn the world lighting down to 0 that you show in your screenshot there.

This will mean readjusting your lights in the scene and remember that the lighting factor has change (patch pending upload) so you may need to multiply the values by 100.
