As title, after finishing the rotational extrusion, am I able to change the properties later on? Where should I go ?

There is no way to change them. I found this in the Blender wiki under the spin tool:
“Once you perform any other operation, Blender leaves the interactive mode and accepts all of the values. Because it’s modal, you can’t return to the interactive mode after completing/leaving the operation or changing from Edit Mode to Object Mode. If you want to restart the operation from it’s beginning, you can hit CtrlZ at any time in Edit Mode.”
The Blender manual is even more vague, not mentioning that you can’t change the properties, but not mentioning that you can either.
If this information is wrong, someone feel free to correct me.
While it is not exactly the case that you cannot change the properties once you move on doing so is a long drawn out and painful process. For example; If you wanted to reduce the number of segments in each ring, you would have to select every other vertical edge and dissolve the vertices. The fact is that unless you are a long ways down the road, it is just simpler to undo everything and redo the spin operation.
