awesome!!! questions: is the spaceships and rocks 3d? or are they rendered sprites?

I love the fell of the game everything is matching.

They are all 3D models I got from the asset store free with ONE exception, I made the player ship in blender.
Side note this is the older version. the NEW version has many improvements.
