There is one problem that my first tour is super fast any ideas to make it normal please

Looks good so far. Dont worry about waypoints too much. If you want you can use smooth waypoint script instead of the unity standard asset waypoints or modify it yourself if you can.
Later on in the course you will move from waypoints to Timeline which is used for movement.
