The worst part for me was the extrude and scale while keep mirror modifier, I later found the trick was to use Pivot on 3D Cursor to be the trick for scale it up in the right way Thank you for the comment.

Very good job, has ears eyes and nostrils.
Do not worry over the time 2 hours is nothing. You get quicker over time and constant use of Blender.
