The instructor has “Open visual studio code” as an option on his page(2:04) but I don’t even though I just finished with “Source Code”(Previous step prior to this). I have attached all my tabs and what they have!!
Use Generate Visual Studio Code Project from the File menu. You should then get that option from the File menu.
