[HELP] Unity 5 - Original Size vs. Imported Size for music clips

For a WebGL build I converted the mp3 music files I used from the Glitch site to OGG and got their file sizes at least below 2mb and most below 1mb, but when I import them into the project the Imported Size for all of them is at least 2 to 3 times the Original Size even with the quality slider down to the minimum. Everything else is at the default. What am I missing?
