If you asking where is the intelli-sense listing are. Have you tried restarting Visual Studio ? And if you using VSCode there is a video on intellisense issues if memory serves in the Bull Cow Section
as you can see their #include “GameFramework” is missing

And you have set 2022 to be the source code editor?
