Head Sculpting

Don’t think I will ever be happy with this but I think it’s time to move on.

I keep wanting to adjust the overall head shape with each new feature added. I would love to hear some feedback.

I am pretty happy that I was able to get the lip curve in the straight on shot, so I think the mouth is looking ok.

Case in point, the eyes were too far apart. Ok, now I’m really done (hopefully).

It seems to me one of the problems only sculpting from scratch. The old lesson way is better imo. You can block model with the reference you have to get all the shapes and proportions in place. Then sculpt if you need to from a ready core shaped mesh.
