Hand soap dispenser rendered

One of the objects that will be in my scene (bathroom). It took a lot of experimenting to get right, but I’m quite pleased with how it’s turned out. I took a photo of an empty bottle on a black background and then removed the black bits and made it into a square texture for the label. I used a volume scatter shader for the “soap” inside it, a transparent shader 95% transparency for the bottle outside of the label. The tube on the inside is 80% transparent


Improved version with slight bend in the pump head and the soap doesn’t entirely fill the bottle now. I think I made the lighting brighter and the soap slightly less transparent. There’s also displacement mapping on the neck of the lid to give it raised bumps (like the real thing has)


I feel like I could reach into the screen and grab it!
