I was working on the game. And I hit the play button and after that when I returned to scene view every gameobject went invisible except the skybox. The particle effect on my player was running. .

It seems that your game objects are invisible. Click on the icons I marked in the screenshot.
Please go to the top right corner of Unity. Click on Layers and make sure “Everything” is visible.
