Is the game impossible? Or am I missing something? 
While the story is pretty vague, the “winning” state is States.freedom and you can see it represented in the state diagram below as “Freedom”.
That said the game is very short; I felt the coding involved was pretty repetitive so I just made a quick game. Thanks for your reply!
