Finally, Animations and Movement! (3D RPG class)

It’s still very jenky, but I’m proud of myself!
On the way I encountered an error that only a few people on the internet seem to have encountered… (With the animations, it couldn’t compute thresholds due to “not enough data”… Lol. Probably because I’m not exporting my animations from Blender correctly. But nevermind that! Haha. Ha…) (I’ll learn how to do it the right way one of these days.)

I have a request for future courses/quick tutorials: shader graphs (if you guys haven’t aleady covered that – I haven’t gotten that far yet), and fade/invisible shaders for houses/roofs/trees as separate objects. (Maybe you guys have already covered it!?)

We’re not covering Shader Graphs or fade shaders in this course. It may be something we do a tutorial with at some time in the future, but nothing planned so far.

What you can do is to add a Cinemachine Collider to the Follow Camera… You’ll have to play with the settings, but it’s possible to make it pull forward when it’s view of the target is blocked.
