Eye Trouble, Need Visine?

I cannot seem to be able to get the eye right. First time through it had a lot of noise/snow on the eye and not much of the color or the texture pattern showing.

Now I got a blocky render.

Rabbit looks good though, as long as you do not zoom in too much. I am not sure I like the eye. It IS similar to the eye in my reference photo, just a bit darker. Sinister expression I guess.
