I by mistake cancelled when it was downloading .net framework. and now it’s showing that the app has crashed. what should i do now??

That should be installed by selecting the Unreal Engine Installer when installing Visual Studio Community 2019. Did you not install VS 2019 (I’m not talking about VS Code)?
