Draw tool does not draw in blender

Hi guys,

I just started the “Animated Lamp” section. When going to “Draw Mode” and clicking on “Draw”, my mouse does not draw anything. Does anyone know what might be wrong?

Welcome to this site.

In an update, they made it so the auto keyframing button needs to be ‘on’.

Round dot to the left of the set of animation play pause etc buttons at the middle base of the window area.

No idea why. More related to grease pencil really being for animators. Mikey’s use of it is a bit unusual.
