Halloween was a bit different this year. Due to a power outage, the roads were completely dark, apart from the orange glow of Jack O’Lanterns placed outside front doors as an invitation to trick or treaters. But now it’s getting late, your phone’s run out of juice, and you can’t watch Netflix because there’s no electricity. Might as well call it a day. As you head up the stairs holding a candle, you hear the sound of splintering wood coming from outside. Is someone breaking into your garden shed? Did you remember to lock the back door…?
