CYOA Design | Electro-Rogue (Placeholder name)

I’m doing it quite different, I’m going to tell the story with cutscene segments (going to be learning a lot about timeline and cinemachine).

This project is making me really excited because I have always liked stories in games, and now I want to make my own where the player chooses their own adventure.

You’re not going to be able to move with WASD or anything like it. The game is basically a long cutscene with dialogues, and with 3D interactive choices.

The camera view is going to be from a first-person perspective to make it more interesting, and immersive :slight_smile:

I really hope I can finish this one because it is so exciting.
I’m going to start modeling characters and stuff when I have the gameplay coded.

The player
A citizen (You get to choose the gender and name) that wakes up in their home to a world of chaos where Artificial Intelligence has gone rogue.

The threat
Artificial Intellegence that has gone rogue.

The goal
Get to a underground safehouse.

Theme
Very early AI apocalypse. By very early I mean in the night the player character woke up.
