I don’t know which one to choose.
All the options are taking quite a time.Can anyone suggest?

No, you have to test it for your self. Each machine, dependent of CPU, GPU, your model, textures, materials will give different results. It’s not always that a GPU will be the best option. It depend on a lot of factors.
For each big project I do a test run, to determine the sample size and CPU / GPU.
