Confused about Playing sound when Brick Destroyed?

We all have our strengths and weaknesses so don’t be too hard on yourself. I’m sure like the rest of us you have a lot on your plate and can’t devote all the time you wish to learning how to script in Unity properly. In real life I am a instructor/student in 3 different martial arts plus other activities I have trouble fitting everything in it’s usually really late at night or very early in the morning.

Like myself I can pick up the basics of any language, be it spoken, or scripting/programming languages fairly quickly, but, moving beyond that and into more complex tasks I usually start to fall over - whereas others tend to have trouble at the beginning and then start to overtake me.

I have gone through hundreds of Unity Q & A posts trying to find answers to specific problems, so, don’t be too hard on yourself for that either. I have used things in my code knowing full well that it could be done better but because I couldn’t find the ‘proper’ way of doing it, I have had to use the examples as is. Like there was this one way to destroy objects that I knew wasn’t at all efficient, but, it worked, so, I used it … until I found a better way.
