Just noticed, have you got overlapping meshes on the top bar? Looks like the two textures are overlapping.
There are no overlapping meshes there, oi noticed the exact same thing, and went right to blender to check it out, some sort of glitch

Thanks, after looking at it again in sketchfab, it almost looks like either a duplicate mesh or possible mirror modifier in there, after work I’m going to have another look at it because of my OCD lol
After dissecting the meshes, i found a duplicate hiding in there, now fixed, lol, thanks!
Looking great! Super impressed by your sketchfab submissions too; the models look much more comfortable in the environment you’ve made!
This is cool work, almost looks like something you would find in world of Warcraft! Damn now I have to go play wow again lol
