I am having a problem with the setting up of the Combat Sandbox! After setting up the Ground and material we are instructed to “Import Package” and “Characters”. The problem is that there is no “Characters” in the “Import Package” in the drop-down menu - the only thing that appears is “Custom Package” and that is for importing package that we have created.
So can anyone advise me as to how to rectify this particular problem? Because I’ve got no idea as to how to proceed.
Looks like I’ve fixed that problem after searching thru a number of Unity posts someone said, just run the latest installer and instead of installing the “whole” program again (and taking up even more precious space on the C drive because it’s now 5.6) just install the missing Standard Assets - it appears to have done the tricks the missing packages are now there .
Yeah, I was having to download the the same assets as well, and I finally got sick of it - and I was worried that I was downloading the older asset for 4.6 instead of the ones for 5.x. I searched once before for an answer a couple of months and came up empty, so, I was happy to find an answer this time.
