Here is the Final Render. I decided at the start to do a higher poly chess set. Everything was going well until the first wrench was thrown into the gears at the knight. Not one to shy away from a challenge, I went off course and learned basic sculpting. Then I went into UV unwrapping with the board surround because I wanted mitered edges with the wood. Finally, I played with the texture nodes a bit to get a bump map on the table. So overall, it was a fun experience.
