Hey! I’ve been really busy of late, so I keep forgetting to share my work. I want to try and get back into it, so I figured I might show off my chess set models. No special poses or anything, I just played around with the depth of field a little bit.
I’d love to make the colors pop a little more on the pieces if I can. I went with a marbling effect for the tiles and absolutely love how it all turned out. In fact, I’ve finally decided to go back to school for character modeling and I want to use this and some of the other skills I pick up throughout the course as part of my portfolio. It’s slow-going unfortunately, but I’m learning so much just by doing.
