Step 1. Duplicated left
Step 2: Changed Left Side to 3DView.
Step 3: Duplicated the bottom screen and drag all the way to the top and changed the top 3D View to Info.
Step 4: Used shortcut key T to open up Tool Shelf and set layout to default.
