Cartoon head sculpt - 3d printed

Recently my husband and I came upon a 3D printer, so I’ve been going through all sorts of old projects trying to find any model that could be suitable for it. I completed some of the blender courses here, but don’t really have the time right now to work on new models just for printing.

So this is my cartoon head sculpt from 10 months ago, printed with far from ideal settings as we’re still trying to calibrate it. I also didn’t sand it or polish at all :stuck_out_tongue:

It’s pretty cool to be able to physically hold in my hands something I made on blender and this guy will just live on my desk now

Never mind the filament noodle under his nose, that’s just a booger. Its fine.

That is so cool! I wish I could afford a 3d printer xD

Must be a kinda crazy feeling to hold 1s and 0s that you created yourself. Fun

So much fun!
Many years ago, with old GameDev course challenges. Like making a rabbit plus (particle) hair. I printed it (without hair of course)

Very nice to see. Blender is too much seen as for game assets but it has a huge wider use than that.

Well done with the sculpting!
