Can't work with the object in sculpt mode

HI, sorry, I have the same prob as previously. Can’t change the object in sculpt mode (only this particular obj, which is active in obj mode as well) after trying to remesh it I get such result: and any brush doesn’t work after using remesh
What is wrong

just needed to fill the face after extrude inside…)

Yes, you can’t remesh an object if it isn’t air-tight.
This is called “Non-manifold”. No holes in the object.

Very important too for 3D printable objects.
