How can I solve?

Couple of things to check:

  • What exact version of Unreal are you using? This thread here indicated that this project builds without much issues on 4.22.3
  • Are there any foreign/non-english characters in your project path? It does not look like it but please double check this, as the compile seems to not work with any non-standard characters
  • Your log does not seem to indicate an attempt at starting up Visual Studio. Do you have either Visual Studio 2017 or Visual Studio 2019 installed (with the “Game Development” install option)?

ok, i ve visual studio 2019 community with game development option. i ve ue4 4.22.3 and there are not non-english character in my project path. So, I don’t know, how can I solve

i solved it by opening the file from browse command in ue4. without double-clicking.
