Can I move player in consistent speed using Surface Effector 2d

I am using Surface effector 2d using key instead using it automatically as in “snow boarder unity course” but the speed is not consistent it actually changing too much. DO YOU HAVE ANY SOLUTION


Have you already taken a look at the manual? Make sure you set the values in your SurfaceEffector2D component correctly to get the desired result.

Also bear in mind that the game window in Unity is just a laggy preview. The lagginess in the editor cannot be fixed. Maybe the speed in the actual game is consistent. Build your game and test your build to figure that out.
