Bulls and Cows Failed to Load Starter Kit

I downloaded bulls and cows starter kit and got the load error
“Failed to load Game/Levels/Level1_BuiltData Referenced by PersistentLevel”
I verified unreal engine 4.22.3 , updated my nividia driver but nothing changed
