Bull Cow Build Error

HI. As per Mike’s instructions, I downloaded the assets from Udemy’s resources. I extracted them and further on, opened them. It showed me the same message as it did to Mike, and I pressed ‘yes’ to rebuild. It started the rebuilding process until it showed me the error which I have taken a screenshot of and posted above.
Also, my Unreal Engine does not launch and always shows me an error when I launch it from Epic Games. I always have to launch Unreal from the shortcut on my Desktop.
I would really appreciate it if someone could help me solve the two problems that I have duly noted above.

I also have the same error while loading my project. Here are my logs complaining about unavailability of visual studio 2017. But I have Visual studio code installed:
