This is what i was able to do. I really wanted to make the black lane super reflective but was unable to get it right. Does anyone have any tips?

Lower roughness increase specular.
But also this on what does it reflects?
You have a black sky, so the main mirror effect will be back.
Don’t forget to switch on (For Eevee) ambient occlusion, screen-space reflections. because by default the fun things in Eevee are disabled by default, to speed up the Eevee render process.
