Hi Guys i have i problem i just started learning blender i have version 2.78 when i creat an object the operator panel shows up on the left but when i deselect the object it desapears , i tried searching how i can show the operator panel anytime i want and i found the only way is F6 but for me the f6 boutton show me the following panel on the image below 
PS: the operator panel is where i can edit number of segment and it is realy important as i know
