Blender Issue

I was rigging my character but when I move it’s arm , it’s “skirt” comes along with the hand. How do I fix this?

Sounds like a weight painting issue. The bones you are moving have some level of influence over the skirt.

I would select each bone in turn and go to weight painting and ensure it is only affecting the parts you want.

I recognize his problem, but can’t say how to solve this (too long ago).

But it has something to do with a vertex going wild.
Check and after a save version copy, delete all weight paint maps and do the automatic weight painting again.

Weight painting is just giving a vertex the 0 … 100% power to follow a bone. So a vertex in the leg is connecten to the arm bone. Something like that. … check your mesh model too (duplicates …)
