Hi, I just wanted to ask if there’s a way of checking on the progress of a refund request? I bought a course here on gamedev.tv a few days ago, didn’t even start it and want a refund for it for personal reasons. I put the request in but can’t seem to see in my profile any indication of the status. It didn’t even ask what payment I used (paypal) and I don’t have any payments stored on my teachables account so I’m kinda worried.
